After payment the system assigns hardware and initializes macOS automatically—no manual review. Three steps cover the most common flow.
1
Configure & pay
On the order page pick node and term, add SSD or TB5 clustering if needed, pay via USDT-TRC20 or Stripe card.
2
Wait for auto provisioning
Platform provisions in 1–5 minutes; when status is Running, email includes public IP and access credentials.
3
Access from console
Sign in to the console for instance details, then connect via VNC or SSH—see Remote access.
Automated delivery after payment confirmation usually takes 1 to 5 minutes. If no instance appears after 10 minutes, submit a ticket with your order number.
Use Power on, Shut down, and Restart at the top of instance details—usually effective within 30 seconds. If status stalls, refresh and retry.
Device info shows Apple M4 (10-core CPU), 16 GB unified memory, 256 GB NVMe SSD (plus purchased expansion), 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth, public IPv4, and datacenter node.
Remote access
Three remote access methods
VPSRox offers browser VNC, SSH, and third-party VNC clients—pick what fits your workflow.
Browser VNC
Open remote desktop from the console in one click—no install—ideal for first setup and GUI work.
SSH terminal
Copy the access command and run it locally—ideal for CI scripts, headless builds, and automation.
Third-party clients
RealVNC, Jump Desktop, and similar tools can lower latency; configure inside macOS yourself.
Sign in to the console, open instance details, and click Browser VNC—the remote desktop opens in-page. No software install required. On first connect, enter the VNC password from Access Info.
Copy the full command from Access Info on instance details, e.g.:
ssh admin@<public-IP> -p <port>
Run in macOS/Linux Terminal or Windows PowerShell, enter password for macOS shell—ideal for scripts and headless builds.
Yes. You have full macOS admin rights—configure RealVNC Viewer, Jump Desktop, Remotix, or native Screen Sharing; usually lower latency and smoother than browser VNC.
Try in order: ① confirm local internet works; ② close the VNC session and click Browser VNC again in the console; ③ restart the instance, wait 2–3 minutes, reconnect. Still broken? Submit a ticket with your browser version and OS.
Billing & renewal
Term pricing & payment
Four flexible terms, same price at all five nodes, billed in USD with no contract lock-in or hidden fees.
Standard Mac mini M4 (16 GB / 256 GB) same price globally:
Sign in to the console to list all orders and status; click an order for expiry. Payment and renewal history appear on the transaction history page.
Weekly / monthly / quarterly subscriptions auto-renew by default with email reminders before expiry. Turn off renewal on instance details anytime; service stops at period end. Daily rental is one-time payment—no auto-renew.
USDT-TRC20— checkout redirects to on-chain address; payment completes on confirmation.
Stripe card— Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe encryption; VPSRox does not store full card numbers.
Yes. Add SSD expansion (+1 TB / +2 TB) or Thunderbolt 5 clustering anytime on instance details—effective immediately. To change billing term, reorder after the current period ends.
Hardware & nodes
Standard specs & datacenters
Each instance is a real Mac mini M4; all five datacenters share identical hardware and pricing—only location differs.

System disk
256 GB NVMe SSD
Network

Available nodes
Singapore · Tokyo · Seoul · Hong Kong · US East
Via browser VNC, open App Store on remote macOS and install Xcode, or run xcode-select --install in Terminal. Full admin rights for signing certs and simulators. Large projects: add SSD expansion for disk headroom.
100% dedicated physical machine—no virtualization, no overselling. Each customer gets a real Mac mini M4; CPU, 16 GB memory, and storage without hypervisor overhead.
No. Each device has dedicated public IPv4 and 1 Gbps bandwidth. For multi-machine links, add Thunderbolt 5 clustering—80 Gbps physical links between Mac minis in the same node.
Pick by user region for lower latency:
Singapore— Southeast Asia workloads, stable cross-border links
Japan (Tokyo)— low latency in East Asia; Japan market and iOS review environment
Korea (Seoul)— for Korea and nearby developers
Hong Kong— friendly for South China users
US East— North America coverage; international products and TestFlight releases
Optional add-on: physically link multiple Mac minis in the same node at 80 Gbps—for build farms, render clusters, and distributed AI inference. Available on the order page at checkout, or add to a running instance in the console. Pricing on add-ons section.
Yes. Full macOS admin—you can install Homebrew, Xcode, App Store apps, and any third-party software. For a specific OS version, contact support for help.
Account
Sign up, login & password
Sign up and sign in via sitewide modal—no separate login page. One account manages multiple remote Macs.
Click Sign in / Sign up, enter your email—the system detects new vs returning users. New users: email code + password, then order a rental.
On the login modal, enter your email and click Forgot password?—we send a code. Enter the code and set a new password to reset.
Click your avatar top-right, choose Change password, or visit the change password page, enter current and new password, then save.
Yes. One account can order and manage multiple Mac minis; the console lists all instances with status, expiry, and credentials; power actions are per device.
Support
Troubleshooting & contact engineers
For connection issues or unresponsive instances, try self-service steps below; if still stuck, open a ticket or email 24/7 human support.
We recommend the console ticket system—submit with account email and order number; engineers respond within 1 hour. You can also email [email protected]; all inquiries are handled by humans.
Click Restart on instance details, wait 2–3 minutes, retry connection;
If still unresponsive, Shut down, wait 30 seconds, then Power on;
Confirm your local network can reach the internet;
If none of the above works,Submit ticketwith order number and screenshots.
VPSRox uses dedicated physical machines—data lives on your hardware. OpenClaw sandbox isolates AI Agents with audit logs; remote access uses zero-trust authentication. Secure disk wipe on expiry or return. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
VPSRox commits to 99.9% availability (SLA). Datacenters have redundant power and multi-path networking. Platform-caused outages: open a ticket per SLA terms. Planned maintenance is emailed in advance.
